By accessing or using bemore.social ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

bemore.social is a platform that enables organizers to create real-world experiences and match participants into groups based on shared interests and preferences. The Service includes tools for experience creation, participant signup, automated group matching, and group communication.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Use the Service to send unsolicited communications

5. Organizer Responsibilities

Organizers who create experiences are responsible for ensuring their events comply with applicable laws and regulations. Organizers must accurately represent their experiences and respect participant privacy.

6. SMS Communications

By checking the SMS consent checkbox when providing your phone number during experience signup, you expressly consent to receive SMS text messages from bemore.social related to your experience participation.

You may receive up to 3 messages per experience:

• A signup confirmation when you join an experience
• A group match notification when your group is ready
• An unmatch notification if there are not enough participants

Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies based on the number of experiences you sign up for.

You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. After opting out, you will not receive further SMS messages from bemore.social. Reply HELP for assistance or contact us at hello@bemore.social.

SMS consent is not required as a condition of purchasing any goods or services. Your phone number will not be shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by bemore.social and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. bemore.social shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
